We also snapped 1100 Peachtree, where Kilpatrick Stockton has re-upped for 15 years. The law firm, which has been in the Midtown building  since 1992, renewed for more than 200K SF and will occupy the 28-story tower?s top 10 floors. This ranks as the largest law firm lease in metro Atlanta so far this year. Jones Lang's Duncan GibbsBrad Armstrong, and Shan Gastineau repped the law firm. Glenn Kolker of Carter handled the duties on behalf of owner Manulife Financial. Kilpatrick?s lease was set to expire in 2012, but Kolker worked to get a renewal done early, according to CarterBlog.
