LACKEY'S REAL EXPANSION

We caught a picture of Rick Lackey  in a crowded room (kinda like Where's Waldo? Where's Lackey?) at a recent meeting of his Real Professionals network group. What started only a year or so ago has quickly grown in Atlanta to encompass four groups with more than 55 individual members. And Rick tells us he just got capital from outside investors to expand the network into Dallas by September. The groups meet to share CRE market tips and intel, with those notes compiled to produce $1M to $3M in ?actionable intelligence? that members can use as leads, Rick says. Network groups are not new to the industry, but Real Professionals charges a fee for membership.
