Koenig's First Day at C&W

We got a pic of Cushman & Wakefield's John O'Neill with Chad Koenig on his first day at his new job with the firm. Chad, a veteran of Atlanta commercial real estate market, jumped over to C&W in the tenant advisory practice, from NAI Brannen Goddard, where he has been since 1999. From 2003 to last year, Chad has leased 5M SF in transactions totaling more than $500M.
