Kimberly-Clark To Alpharetta?

Sources tell us a late announcement yesterday that Highwoods Properties secured a 174k SF deal at its 5405 Windward Parkway building in Alpharetta is none other than that Kimberly Clark spinoff from Central Perimeter.

We first reported here that Colliers International was tapped by Kimberly-Clark's medical products division to relocate from its wooded HQ campus in Roswell. Calls to Highwoods were not returned as of press time.
