Kimberly-Clark Pursues Big RFP

Kimberly-Clark is hitting the market with a hefty office requirement, the latest big deal floating around the metro area.

Sources tell us the medical products division of Kimberly-Clark--HQ'd in a wooded campus in Roswell--is scouting various submarkets, especially North Fulton County, for 150k SF. This is an additional requirement beyond the Roswell campus, situated on 98 acres (45 of which are undeveloped with walking trails) that includes four office buildings, an activities center, lakeside restaurant, and a 24k SF health center. Colliers International was selected this past week to represent the RFP, sources say. Officials with the firm could not be reached for comment. And Kimberly-Clark did not return calls seeking comment by press time.
