KELLER WILLIAMS HAS GOT THE POWER

Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners inked a deal to lease 12.2k SF  at  One Sugarloaf Centre, Brand Properties' LEED Gold 110K SF office tower 1960 Satellite Blvd. in Duluth and nicknamed ?Power Tower? by the locals. Cushman & Wakefield's Page Aiken  and  KW Commercial Realty  represented Keller Williams, while Richard Rollins represented Brand. Westfield Insurance also signed a lease for 19K SF at the office building, with Cushman's Sam Hollis and Cresco Real Estate's Patrick Reardon  repping the tenant and Richard for the landlord.
