We got Casey Keitchen fresh from his Breckenridge skiing vacation with his fiance, Oakmont Industrial's Chi Bui. Casey just jumped from Bull Realty to NAI Brannen Goddard as SVP.  One of his priorities, Casey says, is to beef up the online marketing platform for investment sales at NAIBG—something Bull Realty was known for.

Casey, of course, has made a name for himself selling office buildings between $2M and $25M throughout the Southeast. While Casey says he'd have to kill us if he revealed what he's working on right now, most recently, he sold 3050 and 3060 Royal Blvd, a 60k SF office project in Alpharetta. And he recently listed 2356 and 2364 Park Central Blvd, 78k SF of flex office buildings in Decatur that's home to Bonanza Productions, a Warner Bros production company that's responsible for the TV show The Vampire Diaries.
