K-C Search Update

Remember our story yesterday about the Kimberly-Clark RFP? We heard from the company, and Kimberly-Clark's Bob Brand confirms the requirement in the market: “A search is underway in the Atlanta area for an office site for Kimberly-Clark's Health Care business if the planned spin-off of that business unit is approved by KC's board of directors and proceeds. If approved, we expect the spin-off to be completed by the end of the third quarter of this year. We do not discuss the specific details of office space searches.” The Roswell campus of Kimberly-Clark (here) houses professional business and some corporate staff as well, which will remain there following the spinoff, Bob says.
