John Williams Eyes Cobb Office

Once known for suburban apartment complexes, the famous  John Williams is now planning to develop a suburban office building. (This isn't the cinematic composer John Williams, but here's hoping this deal becomes as epic as Star Wars.)
 
We got our hands on an RFP issued by one of John's many companies, Madison Retail LLC. The firm is seeking design and construction help for a 100k SF four-story office building  on nearly three-acres off Cobb Parkway that would be contiguous to the Riverview Village retail center. We reached out to Madison Retail and John himself, but got no response by press time. The documents give no indication who, if anyone, this building will be designed for, but some CRE sources speculate it could partially be used by John's group of companies (collectively called Confederated Cos) now housed at One Overton Park (above). In the document, Madison states it plans a 12-month build-out  with a delivery date ?no later than March 1, 2014.?
