Famed Atlanta developer John Williams has sold the Sam's Club at 2901 Clairmont Rd for $16.7M, according to Databank. Who knew you didn't have to buy them in bulk?
 
AZUR Realty Partners purchased the 129k SF store. Ty Underwood, co-founder and principal with Atlas Retail Capital, brokered the sale. The store was built in 1999 after John tore down the former Kmart on the site to make way for the Sam's.
