Forty-five days after starting his own real estate investment firm, Joe Terrell, left, has seen lots of interesting opportunities. We ran into Joe this week with ProLogis? Jeff Lucas outside Terminus 100, where the pair worked to persuade lapsed NAIOP members to return. As for his firm, Highgate Partners, Joe expects the first deal to come along soon. On the industrial side, Jeff says he wants ?the bread-and-butter 30,000-80,000 SF deals? to pick up again. We agree.
