Jack Arnold to Head Stream Retail

Stream Realty is picking up retail steam in Atlanta with its latest hire, tapping Jack Arnold to head its retail leasing initiatives here—the first time the local Stream office has had this function. Jack, who began his real estate   career  eight years ago at Cassidy Turley (then Carter), is leaving to take "an opportunity I couldn't pass up," he says. Cassidy Turley's Clark Gore agreed. "When he came to me last week, I thought about it for 30 seconds and said, 'Congratulations,'" Clark says, adding CT is on the hunt for his replacement.Jack brings with him the Stone Walk at Northpoint assignment, a 36k SF retail center near Northpoint Mall that he's already half-filled with  a 12k SF Guitar Center opening this October (for anyone looking to jam) and SalonLofts. Jack tells us he also inked a handful of deals with Ombudsman Educational Services throughout the region, totaling  over 40k SF.
