IS THERE AN APP FOR THAT?

A Norcross-area mobile phone insurance company, Warranty Corporation of America (WaCA), which was purchased by Nashville-based Asurion in 2006, is potentially on the move to Buckhead. Sources tell us the firm is seeking upwards of 30k SF in the area. WaCA's HQ is at 3110 Crossing Park Rd in Norcross (where we sped by to get this pic today), but it shuttered the facility earlier this year in a consolidation. Sources say that could just be an initial requirement. The company is negotiating with State and Atlanta Development Authority officials for possible incentives for the company to add more jobs to the Atlanta market.
