Looks like Dunwoody's W Hotel that we snapped here is in limbo for a time. The owner, Starwood Hotels & Suites, announced this week that on June 1, it will rebrand into the Atlanta Perimeter Hotel and Suites, an unbranded Starwood hotel. The hotel services andamenities will remain the same and it will continue to participate in the SPG Starpoints program. But the new brand may not be the last move for Starwood's Dunwoody property. Starwood spokesman Trey Sarten tells us, ?The company is exploring a variety of options to maximize the long-term real estate value of this asset. The hotel will remain open as the company finalizes redevelopment plans.?
