HURT SALE IS CERT(AIN)

We just got word this week that CBRE's Will Yowell  and  Jay O'Meara have sold Hurt Plaza. We first reported here in November that CBRE was marketing the distinctive  440k SF tower at 50 Hurt Plaza for Atlanta Office Space. Houston-based Boxer Property is entering the Atlanta market  with its purchase for an undisclosed sum. The building's already half full, and Boxer acquisitions director David Kayle says, ?We have earmarked significant capital to enable the Hurt Building to aggressively pursue an accelerated lease-up.? (Might we suggest trying to lease some private office space to Academy Award nominated actors William and  John Hurt, no relation.)
