You can say you heard it here first.Hill Phoenix, a heavy equipment manufacturer, has inked a huge 500k SF deal at Rockdale Regional Distribution Center in Conyers. The deal will help the company consolidate four locations-- including its HQ at 1003 Sigman Road--into the future facility (a build-to-suit) at 2016 Gees Mill Rd. Colliers Internationals Rick Vaughn (above) brokered the deal for the company, while Lavista Associates Bobby Mayson brokered for the landlord Ashley Capital. The new facility will include 85k SF of office space for executive and operational offices.
