We found Hendon Properties Charlie Hendon on the red carpet with actress Jenny McCarthy at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Vegas. Charlie is renowned for throwing what is widely considered the most popular of the ICSC RECon after-hours parties. And after a hiatus for a couple of years during the Great Recession, Hendons party was truly back, with thousands of CRE pros in attendance. Hendon officials tell us the firm is developing a couple of grocery-anchored centers, including one with a Harris Teeter in South Carolina and another in Akron. Jenny seemed impressed with the news.
