President Obama just signed healthcare reform into law; now, the folks at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia have switched off C-SPAN and tapped Studley, according to several landlorp reps, to advise on space needs and options.
 
Choices will be ample given all the empty offices in Buckhead and beyond. BCBS occupies about 275k SF of the 410K SF at One Capital City Plaza, also known as ?the Blue Cross Building.? We snapped this yesterday as clouds gathered. Too soon to tell, but we suspect Parkway, a Jackson, Miss., REIT will fight to keep BCBS at its namesake building.
