| Transwestern's Atlanta office has lured another two former Grubb & Ellis brokers. Buddy Hill and Allen Brown (seen here with Ashley Wroblewski—who joined Transwestern as its PR officer from Richard Bowers) have come aboard. Allen and Buddy follow closely behind their peers Jim Simpson and Harrison Morris, who left Grubb & Ellis in August for Transwestern. A 40-year CRE vet, Allen will help build Transwestern's tenant advisory service team, and Buddy, a 36-year industrial vet, will help build out that segment for the company. |
