HEAD IN THE CLOUD

We just finished our photo shoot of Carter's Scott Cloud, who's going to be doing something a little bit different at the firm. (Irish step dancing?) Scott was named  VP of investments  with a focus on office acquisitions for Carter's investment group, tasked with identifying potential targets as Carter pursues $500M  in CRE investment and development, including value-add office, healthcare facilities, student housing, and mixed-use developments. Previously, Scott managed Carter Real Estate Fund's assets, coming aboard the firm in '09 from Parthenon Realty. Scott will also help invest for its soon-to-be-released multifamily fund.
