HD GETS A DC

The ink is just now drying on a new Home Depot lease. Sources tell us Big Orange leased 350k SF in the Westridge Distribution Center at 180 Westridge Pkwy, an 832,600 SF warehouse in McDonough (above). This is one of the largest industrial deals to be inked this year so far. Despite Home Depot's "do it yourself" teachings, CBRE's Tony Kepano represented the tenant and CBRE's Greg Haynes  and  Todd Barton brokered the deal for the landlord.
