Congrats to Tom Miller, above, as well as Kay Davis  and  Steve Morgan, who were all honored at the Santa Ana, Calif.-based company's annual Circle of Excellence event. Since joining the firm in 2008, EVP Tom has had an average transaction volume of $74 million and 90 transactions per year.

Tom (like SVP Morgan) reps landlords like Tower Place 100. Kay, an SVP and the top female broker in the company, reps tenants.
