Greenstone, Brand to Build Luxury Mixed-Use

Greenstone Properties and Brand Properties are aiming for an Avalon-lite mixed-use development directly across from the Atlanta Athletic Club. (Putting a place to snack right next to where people work out? Someone is applying their psych 101 lessons.)

We learned that Brand Properties has 20 acres under contract (somewhat off to the right of this pic, at the intersection of Highway 141 and Old Alabama Road)with the premier golf club in Johns Creek. The land is vacant, often used by ACC as overflow parking for events, including PGA Tours.
