Gorilla Building On ICE

Here's a update to a story we've been following: It appears that IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) is in talks  to buy 5660 New Northside Dr, the famed Gorilla Building overlooking I-285. If a deal is consummated, ICE will use the tower (now home to DS Waters HQ) as its  new HQ, moving from 2100 Riveredge Pkwy. The potential purchase price was undisclosed. The company had eyed a number of office buildings in the Cumberland/Galleria and Central Perimeter office markets, including ING North America Insurance Corp's Pavilion on Powers Ferry.
