GOING ONCE, GOING TWICE... NEVER MIND!

The auction for 55 Park Place never happened. Sources tell us that LNR pulled the 558k SF downtown building  from this week?s planned sale on Auction.com on Friday (which we reported last week). No reason was given as of press time, and officials with both Cushman & Wakefield—who are marketing the tower for sale—and with Auction.com did not return calls seeking comment. We'll keep you posted as we learn more.
