A northeastern multifamily investor is living it up '70s style in Atlanta. Newark-based Gladiator LLC purchased Lake Colony Apartments (pictured here), a 172-unit community off Lake Colony Drive in Norcross for $5.3M. CBRE's Brad Simmel and Shea Campbell brokered the sale. Gladiator's Mark Mahony sees Atlanta "poised for a strong rebound in the next several years." The REOseller was Aurora Bank, according to Databank.
