GETTING SCHOOLED

Jones Lang LaSalle's Eric Vayle is taking TPA Realty Services to school. Eric helped Georgia Perimeter College lease more than 25k SF at Lakeside Centre (partly seen here from TPA's site), a five-building 500k SF-plus business park in Tucker. TPA's Peter McGuone represented the landlord. The move allows the school to transfer its back office operations to the new building near Northlake Mall, freeing up more classroom space, Eric tells us.
