Owners of the 34k SF two-story facility— across from the restarted Streets of Buckhead project have just tapped Wilson Hull & Neal's Jamie Hargather and Joseph Rodgersto market the property for lease. It's being targeted to restaurant users and event facility operators who can use its two-story format, not to mention its 200 parking spaces. "The re-emergence of the Streets of Buckhead project certainly provides some momentum in the corridor, and being located in between two of the highest-grossing restaurants in the city—Cheesecake Factory and Chops—doesn?t hurt either,? Jamie says.
