| Even the bands with the most longevity break up. As do developers. We got word late last week that renowned retail development vet Jeff Fuqua has split from The Sember Co. Jeff, Sembler's Heather Correa, and a handful of other development personnel are starting their own firm, tentatively called Fuqua Development. Jeff did not return calls seeking comment, nor did Sembler, where Jeff worked for 24 years. He was responsible for such projects as Town Brookhaven, Edgewood Retail Development, Perimeter Place, Midtown Place, The Prado, Lindbergh Plaza, Lenox Marketplace, Canton Town Center, and Henry Town Center. |
