The guys at Newburger-Andes have something to cheer about. Remember when we first reported that the company acquired 800 Great Southwest Pkwy, a  62k SF multitenant  industrial building on Fulton Industrial? At the time, it was nearly empty. We just heard from David Andes that his firm just filled the building—less than four months since its acquisition. New tenants include a  12,500 SF lease with Silvasons Machine, Atlantic Unlimited Cars (which we hope has our 2012 Audi R8 ready for pickup) and Saga Clothing.
