| On a tour of a huge Internap data center in Dallas (above), SVP Mike Higgins let slip a little Atlanta news to our Dallas reporter. Seems Internap is under way with a rehab project at 250 Williams St that will create more data center space. The company reported last year that it was moving its HQ from the Williams Street building to One Ravinia Dr in Central Perimeter to free up space for more colocation facilities. Mike says the first phase of the rehab is creating 12k SF of net sellable space. Additional 31k SF sellable increments will come available as other phases are completed. |
