Yesterday, CBRE's  Amy Fingerhut  told us to get ready for a new sushi restaurant. (Despite several messages left in bottles, local tuna could not be reached for comment.) Orlando-based Amura is readying plans to open its first Asian eatery into the former MF Sushi space at Terminus. ?We tried to bring [it] in a year-and-a-half ago, but we just  couldn't find the right space,? Amy says. With three locations in Orlando, this will be the first restaurant for Amura (Zagat rated as one of the world's best) outside of Florida. This is the latest in restaurants making further inroads into Atlanta, Amy says: ?There's such a demand for space and such a lack of supply  right now. And not just in Buckhead, but in the whole intown market right now.?
