What do you do when you get a bunch of industrial brokers in the same room? How 'bout fishing and clay shooting. We got a pic of a big swath of Atlanta's industrial brokerage talent during Lavista Associates and Raco General Contractor's broker outing to Blalock Lakes in Newnan. The sharp shooter award goes to Transwestern's Brent Dutson, while Cresa's Scott Hardeman hooked 15 largemouth bass to win. The event highlighted Gwinnett 316, Raco's 210k SF warehouse project that was recently picked up by Lavista for leasing.
