Deidra DenDanto is all smiles about her new job at Carter. The firm hired her as EVP of accounting and finance. She's one of several female execs at the firm, the country's sixth largest office developer, according to National Real Estate Investor. Women also oversee Carter's largest division based on employees, property and facility management, and largest project: The Banks, a major mixed-use project in Cincinnati.
