Wells Real Estate's Todd Mitchell has the whole world in his hands. And then some. The property manager for the firm's One Glenlake Parkway property was celebrating Wells' second annual Earth Day Festival at the property. The event brings in earth-friendly vendors— for instance, a retailer who makes jewelry from reused metalcomponents, like springs for the tenants at Glenlake. The event was on the top floor of the parking deck because of our unfriendly weather Thursday.
