FBI SNOOPS FOR SPACE

The FBI is  investigating office space in Atlanta. A lot of it. Officials with the GSA say that the bureau is seeking some 200k SF in metro Atlanta. A spokesperson was unclear what offices were involved, or if the FBI field office at Highwoods? 2635 Century Pkwy (above) was part of the case—saying only the agency is ?reducing its footprint? from an unspecified SF amount and is expected to award the lease by spring. CBRE's Bill Kilborn  is repping the GSA.
