The question: What's the spread on this move? The Atlanta Falcons have inked a 7,800 SF lease for an interactive sales center (we hope interactive doesn't mean getting tackled by Paul Worrilow) at The Medici, the 152k SF office building at the Piazza at Paces. Getting drafted for the RFP was Cushman & Wakefield's Dean McNaughton. Walk-ons for the landlord include CBRE's Eric Ross, Brad Jancik, and Sabrina Altenbach.
