Exeter Moves On Spec

Congrats to a trio of brokers who won prizes in the shadow of a tilt-wall warehouse. Above, it's ARCO Design Build's John Atcheson, Exeter Property Group's  Nick Faber, Wilson, Hull & Neal's Bilijack Bell, Avison Young's  Chip Watson, Lee & Associates' Tommy Hiles, and Exeter's Rob Jones at yesterday's luncheon at Exeter's spec warehouse at 7280 Oakley Industrial Blvd in Fairburn. (For the record, that's a young lass from The Tilted Kilt, who catered the lunch.) Nick tells us the 353 SF warehouse is being built by ARCO and will deliver in December. Since entering the market in 2008, Exeter has grown from just four buildings and  1M SF to nearly 30 facilities and  more than 8M SF.
