Speaking of JLL, Jeff Bellamy and Adam Viente helped Sanctuary Park owners JP Morgan capture a deal with Ernst & Young. The accounting firm plans to lease space on Lakewood Parkway for an $8.5M global IT center in the Alpharetta park, as announced by Gov. Nathan Deal late yesterday.
