Cousins Properties has officially opened Emory Point just as it begins "pre-development stages" for its second phase that will include another 40k SF of retail space. Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, LOFT by Ann Taylor, American Threads, Tin Lizzy's, Marlow's Tavern, and CVS Pharmacy are among the retailers that have opened in the first 80k SF phase.
