We ran into REAL Professionals' Rick Lackey and famed restaurant broker The Cheroff Group's Penelope Cheroff  at our recent transportation event. Penelope told us she recently helped broker Yeah! Burger co-founder  Shaun Doty's new chicken restaurant Bantam & Biddy  into Ansley Mall and Mi Cocina Mexican restaurant into Daniel Corp's 12th & Midtown project, scheduled to open in October. (And for that, we are eternally grateful.)
