E-MAILING A DEAL

A Jackson County warehouse has gotten itself a lion of a lease. Lion Apparel, which manufactures uniforms for law enforcement and other government agencies (we are particularly impressed with the military fatigues on its website), has inked a deal for 265K SF at 596 Bonnie Valentine Way in Pendergrass, according to a congratulatory e-mail from First Industrial. CB Richard Ellis? Greg Haynes and Todd Barton, and Avison Young?s Brent Weitnauer brokered the deal.
