Dunwoody's Development Targets

It's funny how the ground looks so much different from way up here. In our  final glimpse into Central Perimeter, Dunwoody's Michael Starling provided us this map of the  potential development parcels in his neck of the woods, including the famous Gold Kist site that was recently picked up by Atlanta-based Crown Holdings Corp. Of course, there's room for potential new office product there, but many of the pads are zoned for high-rise hotel (the former SunTrust branch next to the Ravinia complex) and multifamily.
