Dunwoody Redevelopment Play?

Wanna buy a piece of Dunwoody Village? JLL's Paul Johnson has been tapped by some local ownership to sell 1530, 1532, 1534, and 1536 Dunwoody Village Pkwy, a collection of Willamsburg-styled office buildings in the heart of Downtown Dunwoody. (A man in a tricorne hat and white wig playing a fife not included.) And Paul says the 8.4-acre campus is more a land play that could see a mixed-use revitalization under new ownership. "The market for the present owner is just a good time to exit," he says.
