Young gun (and new daddy) Ryan Doyle  also has a new job. We ran into Ryan last night during the  Mortgage Bankers Association Super Bowl parties at the Marriott Marquis in Downtown Atlanta where he told us he now is a portfolio manager with ING, investing in CRE projects for the firm. Ryan previously was with NAI Brannen Goddard and Ackerman & Co. As you see by the flash bulb, the paparazzi were out in full force.
 
?And it's good!? As the Giants make another field goal, we caught New York State Teachers? Retirement System?s Andy Bartell and Dougherty Funding?s Thomas Crowley watching the game on the big screen during the Mortgage Bankers Association?s Super Bowl party at the Marriott Marquis in Downtown Atlanta. Andy and Tom were on hand with a few hundred other MBA football fans glued to the TV. Andy did take a moment to tell us that the pension fund will invest $500M to $1B in properties across the country this year.
