Dominique Wilkins Ducks Into Centennial Tower

Newmark Grubb Knight Franks Tom Miller got some face time (albeit at a lower elevation) with Hawks greats Dominique Wilkins and Cal Bowdler during the firms broker event yesterday at Centennial Tower. Tom and partner Justen Cimino took over leasing of the 36-story, 639k SF tower for Jackson Corporate Real Estate and Cross Harbor Capital earlier this year. The building is 77% occupied, but Tom and Justen are marketing a 100k SF block of space on the upper floors. "We are currently in documents with several deals totaling 75k SF, which include new tenants and expansion," Tom says.

Cushman & Wakefields Dean McNaughton holds up an autographed Al Horford jersey, a prize he won during the event that saw over 70 CRE pros shake hands with Dominique and Cal. (Nobody was foolish enough to try to drive the lane on them either.)
