DEAL FILLS IDI'S HOUSE

IDI gets an early Christmas present: A full building. (So if you got IDI a Red Rider BB gun... return it.)
 
The industrial firm signed R.N.C. Industries to 193k SF in Building I at its Hamilton Mill Business Center in Buford. With Daimler Trucks North American and Mizuno USA, the latest lease helps to bring this building to 100% occupancy. The deal also means Lee & Associates' Trip Ackerman (who repped the tenant) and IDI's Lisa Ward both get a check in time for the holidays.
