Dad's Garage Theatre is taking further steps to turn an old church into its new laugh-a-minute performance center. The firm has applied with the City of Atlanta for a special zoning exemption to reduce parking requirements at 569 Ezzard St from 118 to only seven on-site spaces. As we previously reported here, Pollock Commercial's Jeff Pollock (on right) was instrumental in helping the improv theater troupe find a new home after it was upended from its longtime Inman Park location due to a redevelopment. Dad's Garage raised nearly $170k in a Kickstarter campaign for a down payment on the church.
