C&W GETS P'TREE CENTER ASSIGNMENT

A downtown retail nexus has got new leasing blood. Cushman & Wakefield's Kirk Williams, Dean McNaughton, Erika Schanke,Peter Glover, and  Lynn Smith have been tapped by Eola Capital to lease Peachtree Center's three-tiered retail mall at the corner of Peachtree Street and International Boulevard. The 2.4M SF Peachtree Center complex has 125K SF of retail space.
