Councilman Kwanza Hall will be guiding the ladies of CREW on a tour of the Old Fourth Ward Wednesday. This isn't this first time the District 2 official has given this tour. Just ask Leadership Atlanta, students from Paideia, planning experts, and pretty much any other group he can find. He hopes to soon see more retail (like the Edgewood Corner Tavern) and offices (especially for companies focused on the arts) in the neighborhood.
