CREW in Old Fourth Ward

Councilman Kwanza Hall will be guiding the ladies of CREW on a tour of the Old Fourth Ward Wednesday. This isn't this first time the District 2 official has given this tour. Just ask Leadership Atlanta, students from Paideia, planning experts, and pretty much any other group he can find. He hopes to soon see more retail (like the Edgewood Corner Tavern) and offices (especially for companies focused on the arts) in the neighborhood. FYI: He tells us Tyler Perry used to have an office in the Old Fourth Ward.

Kwanza (mid-tour in front of Danneman's coffee shop) stresses the OFW?s great location—between downtown on the west and the coming-soon Beltline on the east: ?Location, location, location. This is a hidden asset that we are just beginning to capitalize on.?More CREW info.
